    In many British newspapers you can read and listen to a piece of news.
    This is called a podcast.

    Visit the following link: http://www.guardian.co.uk/ .At the bottom of the page you will see a section called "latest multimedia". Click on Daily podcast. Now you have the option to save the podcast in mp3 format .Read and listen to it. Give your opinion here.

    If you click on podcast feed url you will find many different podcasts to choose.

    If you visit the web www.bbc.co.uk you'll find podcasts related to the latest news around the world, so that you can practise listening activities based on different English accents around the world.
    There's also a language section where you can practise grammar activities, and a very interesting one dedicated to kids, with two funny characters that will guide you through the different activities divided into several subjects (maths, pronunciation, spelling,...)
